RETURN / REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Pls Note : This Return Option is Valid only for if you have bought your product from www.screemnow.com. In case you have bought your product from other channels, please contact your reseller. If you want to avail warranty please click here

  • Register /Login to your Account here  and through the self-help menu, apply for a return or replacement
  • On successful registration, you will get a Service Request Ticket (mail) on your registered email ID
  • Screem team will contact you within 1-2 business days and arrange a reverse pick up
  • The product will be checked and if found not broken, will be processed for return.
  • The entire process of service will take up to 10 business days including the time product is shipped back to the customer.
