RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURN / REPLACEMENT PROCESS
To initiate a replacement process, a Screem customer has to login/create an account into www.screemnow.com
Through the self-help menu, the customer can create a ticket for return / replace the defective item
The Screem Service team will contact you within 1-2 business days
Post that details will be provided to customer to ship the address to our warehouse for quality checks. The checks from the service team will take up to 48 business hours.
Once the product is checked and tested by service team for the mentioned issues, the customer will be notified of the update and accordingly, the product will be shipped back to the customer- either replacement in events the defect is found or the same product in events the product has passed all quality checks.
The entire process of service will take up to 7 business days including the time product is shipped back to the customer.
In an event customer has raised concern within 7 days of receiving the product for any manufacturing defect and requested for a refund, the same will take up to 10 business days to process post-approval from the product team.
