Screem believes in keeping its users happy and satisfied with every purchase they make on website. To ensure you don’t face any issue with your product after purchase, we offer spontaneous customer service and if you want to go ahead with returning the product, we would request you to go through the Return and Refund Policy.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

In keeping with our goal of ensuring user satisfaction, this Return and Refund Policy , together with the terms and conditions, sets out Screem’s procedures and policies in accepting product returns, once a product has been delivered to a user after purchase from the platforms. Any return of products by users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy.

Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the platform. The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for the purchase of Product(s).

RETURN PERIOD

Up to 7 days after receiving the product – ONLY IF THERE IS APPARENT VISIBLE DAMAGE or ANY KEY-PRODUCT DEFECT.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

In the event where there are any manufacturing defect in product (attributable to, and accepted by Screem after due verification at its sole discretion), a User may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Platforms. The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than (a) 7 (seven) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.

REQUEST FOR RETURN / REFUND

While raising a request for return on the Platforms, the User shall have the option to seek a refund of the money paid by him/her towards the purchase of the Product. The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products. The User shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, with all tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such returned Product(s) should not carry stains or sweat. Screem reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.

ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

A User is permitted to fully cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Screem. Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after Screem has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Delivery Policy), the User will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.
Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the user have any concern for dispatch and delivery, user can raise the concern by sending an email to hello@screemnow.com. In all events of cancellation, prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, Screem shall initiate refunds within 10(ten) business days from the date on which it received the request from the User. The refund will reflect in the User’s bank account (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which Screem initiates the refund. All refunds, except for refund to store credit, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank. be bared by the user bank.

For availing any service related to the product, customer has to send the product to Screem’s office address which will be provided to the customer by customer care executive. Initial shipping charges to be bared by the user.

RETURN

Return of the product will be considered only in the case if there are any manufacturing defects in the product, stated as damage in control buttons, defect in accessories, no volume, charging port damaged, USB cable damaged. Any physical or liquid damage will not be considered while raising a replacement request. Screem reserves all rights to reject a return post verifying the product of the mentioned issue.

 

RETURN OF / OR REFUND FOR PURCHASED PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED BY SCREEM IF:

  • The Product has been used
  • User doesn’t like the product;
  • The Product has been damaged or broken;
  • The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
  • The serial number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Screem’s records;
  • The accessories delivered with the Product (such as chargers, eargels, user manuals, etc) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;
  • There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
  • The gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect; or
  • Screem is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.

PROCESS OF REFUND

Screem shall initiate a process of refund of the money paid by the User towards purchase of a Product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles the User to a refund. It is further clarified that the Screem shall not be required to make any refund in respect of any Product that it deems ineligible for a refund based on such quality checks.

It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a User shall not include money paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery.

Screem shall make all reasonable attempts to keep the User apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on the User’s registered mobile number and email address. Screem disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the User apprised of the status of the refund.

In the event a User returns a Product that is not accompanied by the accessories, gifts or other items originally bundled with such Product, Screem shall have the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to (i) (a) refuse to accept the return of such Product, or (b) process any refund thereof.
Screem shall, subject to the satisfactory completion of required quality checks on the returned Products, initiate a refund request. If the request for refund is undisputed by Screem, the refund should reflect in the User’s bank account within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which Screem initiates the refund.

In an event, the product received is physically damaged because of any means, user is not entitled for any replacement or refund. Although exceptions can be taken only after approval from product team and the user has to either make a payment of 30% of the website price for replacing the same with refurbished product or if possible, depending on the product condition repair will be done at a cost of Rs.400. The payment will be done through a payment link and post confirmation of same, the replacement product will be send out.

In situations, if the product is send out to you post service and still you face any issue with the product again post replacement. The product will not be replaced again and warranty will be taken again from the same date of purchase.

Refunds shall be processed by Screem through its normal banking channels. Further, should the User have used more than 1 (one) payment option for the purchase of Products on the Platforms.
The Return address will be shared to you over email from the customer service team. You need to send the product to us over the address with your NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, TICKET NUMBER/ORDER ID on the parcel.

The timeline for email response from customer service team to customer would be 24 business hours post raising a concern. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will take 48 business hours to provide any update to the customer on product. The whole service process will take up to 7 business days.

RETURN / REFUND PROCESS

  • Customer will log in to his account at www.screemnow.com
  • Create a return and refund claim
  • Customer will get an email to hello@screemnow.com wheein he should reply with order details and issue with product.
  • Screem Customer Care Team will contact the Customer within 2-3 business days and understand the issue.
  • If the return is Screem will arrange a reverse pick up for the customer.
  • Once the product reaches the Screem Service Center in Delhi, the product is checked and tested by service team for the mentioned issues.
  • Once Return is accepted, the customer will be issued a Refund
  • Entire process of service will take up to 7-10 business days including the time product is shipped back to the customer.
